Personalized Gable Gift Box

Yet another birthday party!  Oh, to be a kid again and just party it up every weekend with your peeps! (the teacher in me is mad for just typing two sentence fragments)  ANYWAY>>>  Here it is... another great svg file from SVGcuts.com.  The banner idea came from one of their DT members Thienly... another absolutely BRILLIANT crafter.  I think the sweet little 10 year old will like this box for a collection of stuff:)  MY almost 10 year old wants one for her collection of Crazers... "crazy erasers".  The paper stack- the patterned paper is K&Co "Sweet Nectar" and I LOVE IT!  soooo cute. The roof and sides are from DCWV "Garden Party" stack.

Mother's Day Cards

I spent this morning- actually the past few hours- huddled in my craft room enjoying the fact that my kids are back in school after Easter break and just the dog and I are home!!  I got a few mother's day cards completed and I love the way they turned out.  I used the floral accordian card from SVGcuts.com's Lunch with Mom kit and the Swallow Tail Butterfly card from their Edisto Island kit.  Lots of pieces in each card... LOTS!... but the end result is SOO worth the time :) All the patterned papers are from K&Co.  It's teacher appreciation week, so I better get to work on them next!
